There is no logic or reason for why you get free offers. I signed up for a slot card at Harrahs East Chacago two years ago and we just finished our 15th free nite between Harrhas and Resorts (at various properties). That doesn't include numerous offers to return to the Chicago area for freebies in Joliet, Horseshoe and East Chicago. Go figure!
