I don't understand the commotion about Mark's post in the first place. Unlike trolls ... he has provided his legitimate email address. He hasn't insulted or flamed anyone.

Plus, I see several posts prior to Mark's where only first names are used ... or non-identy i.d.'s such as; "Keith", "Todd", "The Bus Driver", "Julie", "Dave K.", "Riverboat Rick", "Euch". None of these folks were told they must post their last names.
