These are pretty hard to find. Franklin Mint in the sixties made some proofs of their tokens and packaged them in hexagonal plastic holders. These went to the casinos who bought tokens from them and were often given as gifts to VIPs, or kept as souvenirs by the casino execs. The holder snaps closed, it's not a token molded in plastic.
I collect these and have been able to find only a dozen or so different casinos that ordered presentation proofs. These are distinct from the sets in albums that were made for collectors.
This one-dollar token is from the old Ft. Lucinda east of Las Vegas and is dated 1965. Pic is of the aerial tramway and restaurant built for tourists. It came from an original box and I know it's genuine. Metal is .999 silver and shows a bit of toning around the periphery.
