You ever notice how things come in waves? There are usually very few Australian chips on ebay. However, in the past month there has been a big wave of them, more than I could hope purchase.

The up side is tat I am seeing many chips that I was unaware of, and finding variations of chips I alread have.

I am collecting lots of reference scans, both from ebay postings and generous collectors. Now I need assistance translating those scans into a textual format (ala TCR).

In order to associate text descriptions with scans I have started a numbering system (which, if this project progessses far enough, will become catalog numbers). I have always thought Archie Black's numbering system for New Jersey chips was strangs. Now, faced with applying ID's to chips, it seems to be the only sensable system (AU REE 1a = Australia, The Reef Casino, $1 chip, second issue)

I am still requesting contributions of scans or textual descriptions of Australian/New Zealand chips not in my list.
