I don't know about your country, but in ours the burden of proof is on the acuser. To use the word counterfit the "intent to deceive" must be proven. It would be very difficult to produce evidence of this, especially if it does not exist.
Do you intend to use any of the chips you had me work on for you to committ fraud?
