If the auction house identfies the chip by TCR number, but does not disclose that it has been "fixed", "repaired", "restored", "rejuvenated" by party "C" .... because the alterations are not obvious without resorting to close xray examination ... is the auction house reasonably expected to xray every single chip that comes up for bid on their auction block in which potential knowledgeable collectors have had an opportunity to personally examine before bidding?
