If on a jury, I would listen to the law of the jurisdiction as presented by the Court, and hopefully, a lot more facts than we have here. On these facts alone, only E is guilty/liable, and possibly G, depending on the law of the jurisdiction and the policies of the auction house. Even you must admit that we do not know enough to say whether an auction house can be held guilty/liable in this scenario without further information.
