The whole purpose of "the window" was to broaden the language of HPA to include other numismatic items, I don't think that every single item that is covered in the act was going to be defined.... for fear of leaving some items left out. What we read is a broad interpretation of "numismatic items" that does not specifically mention the words "government" items.

Final two legitimate question for you (and others) John. (and I think I already know your answer) ...

1. "Do you consider casino chips to be numismatic items?"

2. "Are not casino chips legitimate substitutions for U.S. money for the purpose of conducting legalized gambling?"
