I am Archie. But the law is still cartching up with technology. Ebay falls in between the laws as currently written, but the courts and legislatures will eventiually be faced with issues such as Ebay.
If an auctioneer (live) says this is a queen anne table, and it is an Uncle Fred original then there is a liability. If he says boy that looks just like a queen anne original? possible different outcome.
