I wanted to do the same thing a few years ago and couldn't find an economical solution so I came up with the TyrusRex Jewel Frames. They are similar to CD cases and hold between 1 and 9 standard size chips and 1 to 6 baccarat size chips.

The nice thing about them is that they will fit into virtually any cabinet that's built to hold CDs. There is a huge variety of CD cabinets out there that are relatively inexpensive. I like them because I can flip through them and I keep my chips in locking cabinets. I've labelled the top of each case with the name of the casino for those particular chips.
