At first look, it pisses me off. But the more I think about it, the more I think that it really isn't much different than finding Spanish gold off the coast of Florida. Those ships sinking was certainly a tragedy for many people at the time.

This seller may well live there also and could have easily lost many things due to the storm. Perhaps this will help him feed his kids??
