Another scumbag who's trying to get greedy over a tragic event.

I saw it on eBay after 9/11 for those who had World Trade Center NY Scratch Tickets. The most they were selling them for was $500.00 for a used ticket. They also said they were "Rare" or "Priceless" and you couldn't get them anymore. True you couldn't get them anymore because they were issued in December 1991 and were probably only out for 1 or 2 years tops.

Somebody is always out there looking to make a buck off of a tragic event. They'll word it any way they can to sell their auction. Thanks for bring it to my attention.
