... forward all those false messages to spoof@ebay.com

Perhaps if everyone would deluge Ebay with these fake messages, somebody there might finally take notice and prosecute ... and maybe take steps to lessen the impact on ebay customers from receiving them.

Posting complaints on this message board about receiving these false email notifications accomplishes absolutely nothing.
