I was searching ebay for chips and I came across a chip that comes with a signed picture of the LV mayor. Im not really interested in the mayor's picture, unless it says: TO MY GOOD BUDDY TOM...

Anyway... I'm interested in the chip. Has anyone got a chip of the mayor of LV? Looking to buy or trade!
