Now here is where you lose me.

AUction says chip has signs of use. You say he told you that the chip sold out in 10 minutes therefore you conclude that it is New and Mint.

If i tell you that my car has a dent, and then I tell you that this particulr model car was sold in short supply and sold out in 10 minutes, the question I have for you is why would you think that my car didn't have a dent.
