Sometimes a grading service, by a collector would be needed.

Picked uP a $25 HardRock Playboy chip from a known collector.

But when I got the chip I say it was used in play, they say the chip is MINT.

Here is what I see with this played chip!

Silver speckles can be seen on the chip!

Corners on the side of the chip is rounding, slightly.

Scuff marks on the insert.

We are going back and forth!

Who is correct? Any help, options or suggestions?

This is NOT a $8 valued chip!
