Here is a copy of the email I sent just this morning offering a solution. Why Chuck misrepresented my position I don't know.

HI Chuck - The chips I sent you were the millenniums from Tropicana, MGM Grand, New Frontier, and Bally's. Could I ask you to check your inventory to see if you have them and perhaps it just did not register that they came from me. Otherwise, I was thinking that your justifiable position is that you paid for the chips and did not receive them, you should get your money back. My justifiable position is that I sent the chips to you and have the p.o. receipt, so I should not have to make a refund. The compromise on these 2 legitimate positions is that we each take half the loss and I send you back $15. LMK - Dave
