It's a toke that was used internally in the Golden Nugget Food and Beverage department.

This and it's $5 lavender sister are now both very hard to acquire because from what I've been by a former GN employee the F&B department requires some lengthy paperwork to be filled out before a chip is distributed and/or can be cashed in.

I was one of the last people able to get one before the market dried up. The specimen I purchased was actually in really good condition.
