When Vic first started Wheeling & dealing he was all for himself. I admit he originally got me. But after a few chances of dealing with him were passed by on my part, I again gave him a second chance. I have traded chips with him 5 times in the last year. After the 4th trade he still owed me a $1 chip. This was because he did not have anything I needed at that time. He said he would make it up to me on the next trade. That trade just happened. I sent him 3-$1 chips & he sent me 4 $1 chips.(see scan) We both pay our own postage in trading. I would say Vic had learned his lesson well.
