I believe Nevada Palace is $2 minimum. That means $2 on the layout. Its a 25c table so 8 chips. Drawback is I think max payout per spin is $350. Min bets on the outside are still $5 I think.

On the Binions $1 wheel you need only bet one chip. Again the outside is $5 min.
