taged a "Schill Bidder" even without being one, just have a buyer who does a lot of bidding on your auctions and cancels his high bid from time to time. It happened to me 2 years ago and ebay cancelled all my auctions and sent me a warning email explaining why it did what it did and how to make sure it doesn't happen again, I had to block that buyer from bidding on my auctions......
