Tony is the one on the right with the moustach.
He died of a heart attack while shooting dice at the DI. Fell onto the crap table.
He was building the Stardust at the time of his death. He probably beat the odds by dying, the boys at the Stardust would have soon learned of his wheeling and dealing with their $.
Tony also ran the SS REX prior to it being the Horseshoe. He also ran CA offshore gaming ships.
