between the light printings and faded chips? I have the following 3 chips from the Casino Carnaval in Aruba. Have the lighter chips faded or were they manufactured that way?

Note that the lighter chips have no black outlining the palm trees. This one is the darker variety:

I just assumed they had faded. Am I, or could I be, wrong?
