The Shelton Gang--brothers Carl, Bernie, and Earl began "gang" activities by 1915 in Southern Illinois. During the '30's they "Co-owned or co-operated" Illegal Casinos in East Peoria with Joseph Rafool. The Para-Dice was definitely one of theirs and probably the Glee Club. Doug
