Not all of europe. If Im in France I pay the 'land charge' for an incoming call (but not the roaming charge) on certain networks but not others. Spain is free. Scandinavia is outrageously expensive (which I always found amusing as I seem to recall that cellphones were first invented there grin )

Does your 'roaming' go by geographical area or network? I think some networks have reciprocal arrangements with ours. I pay 'normal' charges if Im on Cingular or AT&T but have noticed I got charged on others. Outside LV I think mine switches to another network (Verizon??)
