You're absolutely right Archie! In the Winter of '93, the dunes along the Ocean drive, between Sea Isle and Strathmere, were washed out. All Spring that year Happy Hour at the Deauville coincided with low tide. I'd get there, drink 5 pounds (pints) and get back home just in time for the buzz to kick in!
