One of my pet peeves is opening the padded envelope only to find the chips sealed in multiple layers of bubble wrap or cardboard, and each layer swathed in tape, tape, more tape, and another layer of tape.
There is no way to unwrap these mummified bundles. No amount of force can break these seals, and I am sometimes afraid of damaging the enclosed chips. I need a knife or scizors to free the chips from their tape tomb.
