Excuse me for venting again.
I have Nortons Live Update and have been unable to make a necessary change in my personal profile (changing e-mail address) Been on hold on the phone twice for over 1/2 hour and no contact with a real person there. Tried to update my account online but it will let me change everything BUT my e-mail address . Try to get online assistance but everything goes in a circle and nothing gets done. Anyone else have this problem or know how to correct it before I change over to McAfees!
