When I was in Vegas in June 2004 I stopped by O'Sheas and the chips like John's were fairly new, The only complaint that I have is this one Blackjack dealer was a real d*ck and refused to sell me any $1 chips after I spent about 30 minutes playing at his table and when he asked why I told him because I wanted to tip him which was partly the truth and when he still refused I walked away and told him, "Your Loss" I then went to another Blackjack table played one hand and asked for some $1 chips he said sure, I kept two chips for myself and the dealer got the remaining three chips as a tip. So remember kids if your nice to me I'll tip you well but treat me like an a**hole and you don't get crap.
