"SUCKS big time...I had to cancel my credit card to get rid of them..."

I tried one of their free trials about 5 years ago, set up the account to automatically take the monthly fee from my checking account. I canceled at the end of the free trial, but they went ahead and started taking the monthly fee from my account. I had to initiate a stop payment order to stop them from taking more of my money. What a ripoff!
