unorganized as it is depicted on TV, unfortunately good news doesn't sell as well as bad.

Myself, I'm just not sure what I would do under the same circumstances. I know I'd be quite angry if the help is as pathetic as it seems. You always like to think that the good 'ole USA is a step ahead of the 3rd world but evidently I've been deluding myself.
