Russell Baily's parents and sisters (2) did not evacuate from their home/homes in Biloxi. Russ is in Guam and has not been able to locate them for the last two days. I suggested he try emailing the major networks and local newspaper but if anyone has a better idea or can help in some way, his email is rxguam@yahoo.com.
