Actually, I've offered to pay for all of my employees to relocate to one of the other cities that I have sleep centers in. I have positions all over, I've let them know all they need to do is say the word. If they prefer unemployment, they have that option as well. Thats the least I can do for loyal employees. If feel as an employer, I have a responsability to them that goes beyond just paying them an hours wages for an hour worked. Sure maybe my bottom line is effected, and my business there is on hold for a while. But these people have had life's rug yanked out from under them.
