90 days from the close of the auction. I was forced to do this to a really, really big jerk. It was a computer deal, I returned it, got no refund, we went through resolution, PayPal refunded half and said the'd get the rest when he had more in his account (like that's going to happen?)
I was just tickled to leave the guy a Neg.
I've had slow ship, slow pay, and even a never ship and never paid. Left two negatives in about 8 years.
My first eBay account, before they had Negs. tied to transactions, I wrote to a guy selling "James Bond Movie Props, Rare" telling him that they were simply store chips. He and two of his friends dropped Negs. on my account.
Easy enough, I started a new account, and here I am. I wish I could remember the name on that one, unless eBay wipes off dormant -3 accounts after some time period.
But yes you can snipe feedback. You'll need to go to the auction, because it disappears from your MyeBay listing after 60 days, but the link is still on the auction.
