I agree..I had a lady win a chip on ebay from me at the time she had 77 positive 1 negative...after the auction she emailed me the she would send a check the next day...I mailed her chip out at the same time. She got her chip about the same time I received her check...she left me excellent feedback....when I read the 1 negative she had I could tell the guy who left it was a jerk.
