Well I had no idea what he was doing and really have no idea why he would sell chips on eBay and then not complete the transactions.

He's a club member so get the $11 back or make him complete the transaction.

Contact him through the club and I am sure you can work it out. I think he is having some personal problems righh now - just a guess.
