Both chips are listed in Armins newest book. The chips are from 1944 and I agree with you, the chip does look a little cluttered. But having had a mess of the $1 chips and the two $25's that had seen table play I wouldn't call them sweepers. The sweepers for the most part that I have seen and handled were in new or almost new condition, and were usually stamped different on either side. These are the same on both sides.
