Vince and Bettye were two the most helpful and cheerful people in the hobby. Many of the chips I collected over the years came from them and I always eagerly looked through their binders knowing that I would always find a surprise. When I was President, I asked them to serve as Election Chairpersons and they readily accepted. We will never have two nicer people in the hobby and they will both be missed.
