In honor of the CC & GTCC Convention for 2002, the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino released these NCV chips through their restaurant, the Pink Taco.

Coupons for the chip were placed into the pre-registration packets and the holder needed to exchange the coupon for a chip at the cash register booth of the Pink Taco.
