Not too bad at all... A little less than three bucks per foreign chip including postage is not a bad deal at all if you're just starting out in foreign chips. I got a huge boost winning a similar lot about two years ago at around a hundred bucks. Bottom line, you paid just a little bit more than some other guy thought they were definitely worth!
