I was looking for opinions on when to drop the negative feedback on Ebay. I won a chip back on August 5. I paid that day via Paypal. I have sent several emails and the seller responds each (2) time by saying it will get there soon. How long should I be expected to wait. This seller only has three feedbacks but my patience is quickly running out. Any suggestions???
