Bill Borland had his first series of 5 casinos of the commemorative chips (35 chips) made as a memorial to his 'live in' and assistant Starr Warwick. The chips were made by Jim Blanchard (Atlantic Standard).

After Jim had made the first 35 chips, Borland sent him this frame in the shape of the state of Nevada.
