"Nev-Roy" ("Royal Nevada Hotel") has three listings for that chip.
A non-drilled version is listed as "W".
A drilled version is listed as "D".
A drilled and repaired version (yours) is listed as "H" and also has a footnote. The footnote describes a recent phenominon of paying someone to repair drilled, or otherwise damaged chips. The higher valuation of the drilled and repaired version is intended to reflect the additional (inherent) value of paying to have the chip repaired. (Please note, I am only the messager of that position.)
With respect to the Money Tree cancellation, if you look real (REAL) close, you will see that the cancellation is actually a large "W" or "WC". Again, there are three entries for this chip, however, in this instance, an uncancelled version and a cancelled version are valued the same ("D") while a repaired version (your chip, where the hot-stamp foiling has been removed and perhaps the chip surface has been buffed down) is valued higher. Again, this is to account for the payment rendered to fix the chip, and again, I am but the messenger on this concept.
I hope this helps,
Jim
