This guy (giftcards-and-chips) keeps listing used chips advertised as uncirculated and regular edition chips (such as current Riviera house chip) advertised as limited edition chips (see link below).
He currently has a recently created new account and 0 feedback but he used to do the same thing under a different account (which I cannot recall at this time) that had poor feedback.
I tried to enlighten him that uncirculated means never used and that just because they only made 20,000, it does not mean it is a limited edition chip.
Check out his auction and our e-mail conversation (which I needed to edit slightly to pass Greg's language policies):

my initial note:
fyi...
Either your camera/scanner is flawed or your description is inaccurate. From that pic, that chip hardly looks brand new.
In what way is this a Limited Edition? Is it that they only made 20,000? By that definition all chips and for that matter, all commodities are "limited edition". Limited Edition chips are stamped with a relatively small production run right on the chip. This one is not limited edition.

his reply:
The Chips are New, I have multiples of each, maybe a crappy one got scanned all new ones are shipped.
They are limited as in there is not an UNLIMITED NUMBER made, so why not just piss off and bug someone else dipsh*t

my reply:
No need to say thanks…it is my pleasure to enlighten the ignorant.
You will soon get the feedback rating a scammer deserves.
Have a great day!

His eloquent response:
Ignorant!, Sorry I thought you were the American, Isn’t that the dictionary description of ignorant!
Go f*ck a pig farm boy!

So...I have 2 questions:
Was I out of line? and which one of you told him I was a farm boy?
Feel free to send him a note and let him know what you think of his auction.
