The listing does give a negative connotation to the auction. In particular the I will not send email would stop me from bidding. I want to deal with someone that coummincates. I will also only bid on an auction that only accepts money orders if it is a chip I really like at a very very reasonable overall price (read that as cheap if you want )which would include the cost of the chip, money order, shipment, etc. I would not usually go to the trouble otherwise.
