I would never consider bidding on a chip where a money order is required. Usually I won't bid where PayPal is not accepted... it would have to be a chip I wanted pretty badly. By limiting payment options and making it VERY inconvenient to pay for a chip, you should expect the auction results to be minimized.
I also agree that the lack of a gallery picture will always impact your final results. Most times I'll skip over chips with no gallery picture. I'll just scan the gallery thumbnails looking for something that interests me. It does NOT pay to be cheap when you're listing chips. I've seen some better chips go cheap because of a blurry scan... the seller could have bought a new scanner and had a decent scan for the difference in the auction result.
