This chip was originally a $50 ivory. At some point in time, the chip was recarved as a lousy looking tiger. All these chips were found this way (you may even have one). However, from what you said, this is just another $20 chip. Dale knew this chip was recarved when he valued it as an "R". Was Dale wrong?

Ask Kenny, Travis or Dale if they think that since the tiger is a recarve, it is, therefore, near worthless. I doubt they would agree with you.
