The copy cats auction got pulled. Below is the email I received from Dierick at ebay's community watch team.
Thanks to those who gave advice on this matter.
I would encourage anyone who lists on ebay to contact ebay through the links in the letter below if you suspect your auction text or your images have been copied. They will do something about it.
