The fact that it has a crack in it indicates that the carving of the letters was done long ago. No one would carve a cracked $5.

BTW, if anyone else has any of these "worthless" chips, I'm a buyer.

Sad to say but I am hoping to buy the chip from the winning bidder once he realizes it is not what he thought he was bidding for.
