I can't read the label. If it is in fact "certified" by NGC I would call it a slab. If it is just a set in a cae with an an NGC label I'd call not a a slab, but it it seem to be misleading because the seller is saying it is certfied by NGC and the G in NGC is guarantee which suggests some form of certification.

In fact the more I think about it the more of a slab it becomes.
